Luna Evelyn Morley (born Edward Barclay Morley) is a young woman with a passion for all things media. In her spare time she has produced her own short films, music and video games. 

 

Luna attended Norwalk Community College and Western Connecticut State University where she studied film production. At both she worked in a studio environment where she managed Cables, Mics, Cameras, Direction, Teleprompter, Live Editing, and more. During these years she gained experience with AVID and Adobe Premiere Pro. While taking Narrative Film courses in High School, she used Final Cut Pro and won an award for her assigned short film. Outside of education, Luna produced videos online for YouTube and has earned hundreds of dollars from doing so. Her work is often praised for the balance between informative content and humor, as well as successfully branding herself in a more personal way. She also enjoys studying the art of film and has a burning passion for the history of the medium, which helps inspire her work.

 

Under the label ‘Apex Squared Studios’, Luna has worked on a number of video games, oftentimes on her lonesome. Given the demands of the medium, she had to teach herself many different trades such as Art & Animation, Graphic Design, Music & Sound Production, Coding, and Game Design. Pulling from her film background, she also writes the stories and dialogue in her games in screenplay format before adapting them into interactive experiences. Her music has received high praise, drawing influence from Commodore 64 and Amiga games due to their overachieving nature.

 

She is also a team-player, often pulling groups together and getting things moving. If she is in a disorganized group, she will do what she can to bring order and direction.

 

Luna is a self starter, an achiever, motivator, and highly adaptive. Believing understanding various mediums helps develop one’s talents in any medium, she is able to pull from all of her experiences and make whatever she’s working on the best it can be.
